Shopping FAQs

1. What are the payment options available?
You can choose payment methods like bank transfer TT / Western Union. 

2. When will the order be shipped?
The actual loading data based on the plants be ordered. After the full payment, please send us the bank slip, and we will arrange the delivery for you as soon as possible about 7- 60 working days.

3. How to pack the goods?
We usually pack in carton boxes or wooden frames, which can be packed according to customer requirements.

4. Do you provide us with a certificate?
We can provide you with phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin (which need to pay extra cost), bill of lading, PI and packing list, please contact us to provide accurate information and additional declarations when placing an order.
